Hey there!
Thanks for taking the time to learn a little about me. I was born and raised in Pittsburgh and earned my undergraduate degree from Penn State. After college, I spent a year in AmeriCorps, which brought me to Austin — where I now live with my husband, our two sons, Jace and Jona, and our dogs, Olive and Marshall (yep, like in Paw Patrol!). Today, I serve as Director of Learning & Development at Venterra Realty, a fast-growing multifamily real estate company.
Our Journey Together
I’ve been building leadership experience for as long as I can remember — as an older sister, sports captain, and through school offices and committees. I’ve always been drawn toward helping individuals and teams achieve things they’re proud of. But it wasn’t until winning a leadership award at the end of my AmeriCorps service year that I realized I had a true passion for leadership.
That passion led me to earn a Master’s in Organizational Leadership & Ethics from St. Edward’s University in Austin and to hold many leadership roles over the past two decades — most recently in Employee Experience and Learning & Development. And because leadership is a never-ending journey, my passion continues to grow.

Why Coaching
My own leadership journey is what ultimately brought me to coaching — and to you. Over the years, I’ve seen how many senior leaders achieve impressive results on paper but still wrestle with self-doubt, exhaustion, and the feeling that leadership is lonely. I’ve been there too.
That’s why I created the Confident Leader Framework: to help leaders unlock their confidence, expand their impact, and protect themselves from burnout. As your coach, I’ll be your partner in this process — helping you challenge limiting beliefs, leverage the magic of curiosity, and identify practical actions that move you toward meaningful progress.
