I’m a leadership coach and executive development partner with more than two decades of experience building leaders inside growing organizations.
Prior to taking the leap of starting my own practice, I served as Director of Learning & Development in a fast-growing multifamily real estate company, where I’ve led leadership development strategy, employee experience initiatives, and large-scale learning programs across a distributed workforce.
My work sits at the intersection of performance and people - helping leaders drive results while building cultures that are sustainable over time.
My Background
I earned my undergraduate degree in Marketing from Penn State and later completed a Master’s in Organizational Leadership & Ethics from St. Edward’s University in Austin.

Over the past 20+ years, I’ve held leadership roles spanning operations, employee experience, and learning & development. I’ve coached senior leaders, facilitated executive sessions, built leadership frameworks, and supported organizational transformation efforts in high-growth environments.

Leadership has never been theoretical for me - it’s been practiced, tested, and refined inside real businesses with real pressure.
Why Coaching
Throughout my career, I’ve observed a consistent pattern:
High-performing leaders often achieve impressive results, while quietly carrying the weight of expectation, complexity, and sustained pressure.

Over time, that pressure can erode clarity, decision-making confidence, and strategic focus. It impacts not only the leader, but the teams and organizations they influence.

I’ve experienced that tension myself.

Coaching became a natural extension of my work because I believe leadership development should strengthen both the individual and the organization. When leaders build self-trust, clarity, and presence, performance becomes more consistent, communication improves, and accountability strengthens.
That belief led me to create the Confident Leader Framework, a practical and results-oriented approach that helps leaders:
-
Strengthen self-trust and decision-making clarity
-
Increase influence without overextension
-
Improve accountability and strategic focus
-
Sustain performance over time
This work is not abstract or purely reflective. It translates into stronger execution, healthier team dynamics, and leadership capacity that supports long-term organizational success.

As a coach, I combine business realism with deep curiosity. I ask the questions that matter. I challenge patterns that limit growth. And I partner with leaders who are ready to elevate their impact in a way that is both ambitious and sustainable.
A Bit More Personally
I live in Austin with my husband, our two sons, and our two dogs. My roots are in Pittsburgh, and service has shaped much of my journey, including a year in AmeriCorps that proufoundly deepened my commitment to leadership and community impact.

Leadership, for me, has always been about helping people and organizations do meaningful work - and do it well.
Let’s Talk Leadership
If you’re ready to strengthen leadership capacity - in yourself or within your organization - I’d welcome a conversation.
